1. When you first enter Purchasing Options command options will appear. Select Change to make changes to any of the purchasing options fields. Refer to Purchasing Options for field definitions.
2. Select the field you would like to change by using the Enter, tab, or arrow keys to navigate to that field. A message line in the left hand corner of the screen will offer hints as to the content of that field.
3. When done, press Enter, tab, or page down through the last field on the page.
4. Command options will appear. Select the Update. Your changes have now been saved.
Important: Your changes will not be saved unless you select Update.
